Dubai is an interesting city, multi-cultured, happening, and attractive. All sorts of people come here for work and business. 99.9999% may be good and has the right intentions but that .0001% can flip the perception of something you have. For example, the businesses here heavily depends on post-dated cheques(PDCs) and unless there is a recession or economic downtime, generally everyone sticks to the date in the PDCs and release the payment. But there are people or businesses utilizing PDCs to cheat people or businesses where the PDC are not followed-through which will have a negative cyclic shock. Because there will be a backend payment promised based on the PDCs. And it impacts the complete ecosystem.
